To use KinderConnect, you must first register through <strong data-start=\"185\" data-end=\"195\">EdLink<\/strong>, the state-run site that manages provider and family information and controls login access.<\/p><p><strong>Steps to Register:<\/strong><\/p><ol><li>Create an EdLink account at <a class=\"decorated-link\" href=\"https:\/\/ldoe.edlink.la.gov\/#\/\" target=\"_new\" rel=\"noopener\" data-start=\"351\" data-end=\"402\">ldoe.edlink.la.gov<\/a>.<\/li><li>Sign in and complete the new provider information page.<\/li><li>Wait for license approval, then request Entity Manager and Security Coordinator roles in EdLink. This is how the care you provide is documented and used to determine your payment.
